I directed an unreleased series called That Lion Show based on the popular South Korean character Ryan the Lion from Kakao Entertainment. This was my first time directing a series and I took the opportunity to put into practice all the things I had learned in my previous roles. I created a storyboard bible,worked with the music team to create a unique sound, experimented with visual ideas and cinematography to see what we could do differently, and overall took the opportunity to make a show for a young adult audience which could feel more like prestige TV than the usual kids show. It was a career highlight and I can't wait to try my hand at directing again.

I supervised and drew storyboards for Agent Elvis. In this role, I created a storyboard bible to assist the team in understanding the visual language of the show. This helped the storyboard team understand from the beginning what we were going for in terms of style and tone, rather than having to guess or endlessly revise boards until the director and I "found the style".

I supervised and drew storyboards for the feature film Rocket Club: Across the Cosmos and Supernatural Academy, where I developed a method of assigning sequences to each artist by storyline, rather than by sequential order. This allows each artist to focus on their own piece of the story, rather than having to coordinate shots, backgrounds, and more importantly, character beats with the other artists. This becomes especially important while working remotely.
